Do I need to set up an online account to place an order?

No. An online account is not necessary to place an order. You have the option to checkout as a guest. However, setting up an online account will grant you access to exclusive deals, current & past order details, plus an accelerated shopping experience.

How do I determine the correct size to order?

What footwear widths do you make?

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only if your products are being shipped to a Virginia address.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are handcrafted in Brazil.

What craftsmanship do you use on your footwear?

We use the Blake-Welt construction method with an invisible channel stitch. This process keeps water, salt, and other in-climate weather from getting into the grooves and unraveling the stitch. Plus makes your footwear easy to be re-soled.

What type of leathers do you use on your footwear?

We only use premium Full Grain Calfskin, sourced from the finest tanneries in Vicenza, Italy.

Do you offer a re-crafting service for shoe outsoles?

Yes, we do offer a re-crafting service for all of our footwear. We will replace your original outsoles, heels, and sock lining, along with our signature comfort system. We will also restore the uppers by placing them in the original shoe last for 72 hours, then clean, buff, and shine to perfection. Just e-mail recrafting@msshoedesigns.com and we will e-mail you back a shipping label.

How do I care for my footwear?

Each product page has a “Product Care” section which illustrators the best way to care for your footwear. However, if you need more advice or have a delicate situation, please email customer.care@msshoedesigns.com, and our leather goods professionals will help you out as best as possible. 

Does this site use cookies?

Yes, this site does use cookies to track your page views and interactions. The data from cookies also helps us to provide a better-tailored shopping experience for you.

When will my order ship?

If your order is placed before 12 pm EST Monday through Friday, it will ship the same business day. Excluding Pre-Orders.

What are the domestic shipping fees?

Shipping is free within the contiguous 48 United States. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally to most countries.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes on international orders?

Yes. Our prices do not include the import duties and international VAT taxes. You will have to pay them when your goods enter your country.

Will I have to sign for delivery?

If the order is above $300 USD, you will have to sign for your package.

Do you ship to P.O. BOXES or APO/FPO addresses?

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO / FPO addresses.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

For most domestic orders, 2-3 business days. International, 4 to 6 business days. If you need a faster delivery time please select it at check out or e-mail customer.care@msshoedesigns.com.

How can I track my order?

After your order has been placed, we will send you a tracking number. Once your package is in the logistics system, you will be able to track it up to your door.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

We insure every package while in transit and up to your front door. After your package is delivered, we are no longer responsible for it. So we advise you to please send it to a safe location or adjust the delivery time.

Is my online payment safe?

All transactions are completely 100% safe and secure, thanks to our advanced data encryption payment system.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and Paypal. 

Is my payment information kept on file?

No. We do not store any payment information on file. You have to input your card information for each purchase.

What are the return policies?

You will have 30 days upon receiving your products to return them. All products must be returned in the original / same condition in which they were shipped. All packaging contents must be included as well. We also recommend, when purchasing footwear, to try them on carpet or a clean surface. Any damage to the outsoles, heels, or interior lining will be refused a return.

 

Do I have to pay for returns?

No. Returns are completely free.

What are the exchange policies?

30 days on non Final Sale items. as long as we have the inventory. If we have to make a special order, it will take an additional 30 to 40 days.

How long does it take to process an exchange?

We will process the exchange within 24 hours of receiving the goods at our warehouse.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Your refund will be processed immediately after inspection. So, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your payment to adjust back to the payment method used.
