General Questions and Concerns

No, you do not have to set up an account. You have the option to checkout as a guest. Setting up an account, however, grants you special access to exclusive deals, accelerates your shopping experience, and results in easy access to current and past order details.

To register for an account, simply click the “My Account” tab located at the top right hand corner of our website. From there you’ll be asked to input general user information, such as your first and last name, email address, shipping address.

MS Shoe Designs charges applicable state, local, and county taxes on online transactions. Your on-screen total details estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order has shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.

Our products are handcrafted in Brazil.

We offer sizes 6 through 15, including half sizes from 6.5 to 12.5. All of our shoes feature standard medium lasts.

It takes up to 24 hours for an order to be processed.

Only standard medium widths are available at this time.

Those within the continental US can expect to receive their order within 2 – 3 business days. International shipments will require 8 – 10 days. Faster shipping services are available, please call 1-757-624-8450 or email customer.care@internationalshoedesigns.com.

An order placed that guarantees you will receive an exclusive product or price, with an estimated shipping date specified on the product page. The product will either ship on or before the date specified.

Pre-Orders are limited to one (1) per transaction and must be purchased separately.

Yes. We implement security measures to ensure that your payment and personal information remains safe. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks. All of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

Shipping

You do not have to sign for delivery on orders of $300 & below. For orders over $300, you will be required to sign once the shipment has arrived at your door.

International shipping is available. Please click here to see which countries we ship to. The customer shall be responsible for any and all custom duties and VAT fees associated with any purchase.

No, we currently do not ship to the addresses in question.

All orders placed Monday – Saturday before 3 p.m. EST will ship the same day once credit card authorization has been approved.

Returns & Exchanges

Sale items are not eligible to be returned. We will gladly accept all other unworn items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Sale items are not eligible to be exchanged. All other unworn items can be exchanged within 30 days of the original date of purchase. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please call or email us.

We will process your return within 48 hours of receiving the returned product.
